New Blog

This is my first blog out there in the www. Wow things have changed. No myspace for me but facebook has allowed me to connect with many past and present friends and relatives.
I wanted to create this blog to talk about health and wellness. Basically diet and exercise and supplements to help enhance and support overall good health and fight the aging process as well as we can. Most of the time any problem can be fixed with mild dietary changes and mild exercise BUT it must be consistent and over the long term. None of these quick fixes work -it takes time and patience. I have over 25 years of experience in all forms of diet, supplements, and training programs with everything else mixed in between like recovery and stretching to destressing techniques.

Follow along as I will be posting a lot of articles and references to other blogs that are goldmines of information.
